Jonny is originally from South Africa and settled in Los Angeles in 1994. In his career and as the leader of four contemporary fashion businesses, he has proven to be an executive who creates value advising startups and operating large scale brands seeking dynamic growth. His business practice is built on kind and trusted relationships, and a high level of expertise in the finance, strategy, leadership, and operational areas. Jonny has grown multiple businesses, from seed to high growth stage, including L’EGENCE, A.L.C and most notably he led Splendid/Ella Moss through their lucrative sale to VF Corp. In his free time, Jonny spends time with his sons watching soccer and travelling with his beautiful artist wife, Elizabeth.

Sam was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, and moved to New York City in 1999, quickly immersing herself in the multi-brand contemporary showroom space. Over the past two and a half decades, she has worked with some of the most well-known and influential brands in the industry. Sam has held key roles at top NYC wholesale showrooms such as Simon Showroom, L’Atelier Group, and Steven Alan Showroom, now known as Franklin Showroom.

With more than 25 years of experience, Sam brings a sharp eye for emerging talent and a deep commitment to integrity and mentorship, both within her team and in her relationships with designers. Her strengths lie in the long-standing connections she’s built with clients and brands, and her proven ability to cultivate and scale businesses with care and intention. Outside of work, Sam is a devoted mom to a teenage son and enjoys discovering new restaurants, cooking, spending time in nature, horseback riding, and traveling
